It's a Family Affair conference for School Council members. The evening featured a keynote presentation and variety of workshops at Louise Arbour Secondary School.
PIC hosted its annual Family Math Night on January 29, 2018. This free evening event, facilitated by
Jump2Math, for families of Peel elementary students in kindergarten to grade 3, who attend Brandon Gate, Corliss, Dunrankin Drive, Lancaster, Marvin Heights and Ridgewood public schools, provided an opportunity to network, connect and collaborate.
On May 16, 2017, three School Council members from each school were invited to attend the 2nd annual It’s a Family Affair Conference for an evening of networking and learning. The evening featured a keynote presentation and variety of workshops at John Fraser Secondary School.

In collaboration with Trustee Stan Cameron, PIC welcomed Caledon parents to an information evening on the Peel board’s new
Vision for 21st Century Teaching and Learning: Empowering Modern Learners. The evening included a presentation by Lawrence DeMaeyer, coordinating principal of modern learning, on how parents can foster leadership and innovation among Peel students in the use of technology.
