Grade 3 to 10 students from The Woodlands Schools will present its musical production of Disney's High School Musical from May 2 to 4, 2018 at 11 a.m. The event is open to all students, parents and Peel District School Board staff. Join The Woodlands for a morning of live singing, dancing and music. Tickets will cost $5 for students and are complementary for teachers.
Students and staff chose to perform High School Musical for its themes of inclusivity, individuality and refusal to "stick to the status quo." The story centres on two high school students from different cliques who both share a love for music. Their friends find it difficult to accept their unconventional interests and challenge them break beyond what they know and to pursue what they love – music.
