Laura Albanese, Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and Mitzie Hunter, Minister of Education, are challenging 39,000 high school students to participate in the Change the World campaign. The campaign will run from April 23 to June 3, 2017.
The challenge encourages high school students to make a difference in their community by volunteering for at least three hours for a cause students are passionate about.
Ontario high school students are required to earn 40 hours of community service towards their high school diploma in order to graduate.
Volunteer MBC offers high school students the opportunity to learn new skills, make new friends and a fun environment while earning hours towards their diploma.
For more information please contact Volunteer MBC at 905-238-2622 ext. 222.
