Ministry survey on Aboriginal education

Peel District School Board parents/guardians, students, teaching and non-teaching staff are invited to participate in a survey, conducted by the Ministry of Education, on Aboriginal education within Ontario’s publicly funded schools.

The ministry is conducting surveys to evaluate progress made towards implementation of the Ontario First Nation, Métis, and Inuit Education Policy Framework (2007) within classrooms, schools and boards across the province. The responses will contribute to the development of the second Progress Report on the implementation of the Framework, which will be released later this spring. The responses will also be used to guide the future work of the ministry.

Please note that in order to respect the privacy of individuals:

  • You will not be identified in the survey.
  • The information provided will only be used for the purpose of this study.

Responses will be accepted until May 17th, 2013
