Trustees approve the motion to hire an Integrity Commissioner for the Peel District School Board
The board approved a motion to begin the process of hiring an Integrity Commissioner with the intended engagement date of no later than December 31, 2018. The Integrity Commissioner would both advise elected officials on their obligations and responsibilities under their Code of Conduct, and investigate complaints on alleged breaches of their Code of Conduct.
Peel board recognizes Peel Principals and Vice-Principals' Day on October 10
The board will recognize the second Wednesday of October as Peel Principals and Vice-Principals' Day. This year, Peel Principals and Vice-Principals' Day will be celebrated on October 10, 2018. Schools will participate in a number of activities to express their appreciation for principals and vice-principals to acknowledge their contributions.
