Clifton Public School is a diverse learning community with students and staff from many countries around the world. We recognize that each student at Clifton is unique and brings varied experiences and backgrounds to our classrooms.
The Clifton staff, students and families work together in a safe and caring environment so all learners can achieve their personal best, emotionally, socially and academically. We do this by setting high expectations for the members of the learning community, respecting and accepting the diversity of each member of the learning community, promoting open and honest communication and collaboration and programming for individual needs and learning styles.
Clifton is a kindergarten to grade 5 elementary school and we offer the full day early learning kindergarten program. We also have a primary and junior communications class.
Students at Clifton participate in many activities both in and out of the classroom, including cross-country, scooter ball and primary/junior sports games. They also have opportunities to get involved in choir, dance and recorder clubs. We also have an active student council that prepares spirit days and activities for our students throughout the year.
