Retired police robot finds new home at Central Peel Secondary School
Central Peel Secondary School will receive a decommissioned police robot from the Peel Regional Police and ICOR Technology on Feb. 9. Formerly operated by the Explosives Disposal Unit, the robot will be used by students as part of Central Peel's robotics program. Students will have the opportunity to test out their new robot during a demonstration by Peel Regional Police.
The event will begin at 9:40 a.m. at Central Peel Secondary School, located at 32 Kennedy Rd. N. in Brampton.
