How long will it take to process my permit?
A minimum of three weeks notice is required to process a permit. Please allow six weeks notice for larger events requiring the use of the auditorium.
What is the minimum amount of time that can I can book a permit?
Weekday permits are booked in two hour blocks from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and/or 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The minimum rental time period on a weekend is two hours and a 4 hour minimum for auditorium permits.
How can I cancel a permit?
We require a minimum 7 days notice to cancel or change a permit.
What happens if I don't use my seasonal permit?
Your permit may be cancelled after three no shows.
I don't understand the calculation fee. Who can I talk to?

Who is in charge of the school?
The custodian is responsible for supervision of the facility after school hours. The permit holder is required to have a group leader on site to comply with the Board’s requirements for the event. The leader is responsible for the members of the group and any spectators and must sign in and out with the custodian.
What are the safety procedures?
Please review the board’s fire/emergency plan before your school event. A copy of the fire/emergency plan is available on the "Rent School Space" page or from the custodian’s office at the school.
What are the parking regulations?
Fire routes and pedestrian walkways are to be kept clear at all times. Vehicles must be parked in parking lots, not on playing fields or the grass. Please note how much parking is needed for your event. The board is not responsible for vehicles illegally parked.
Does any school equipment comes with the permit?
No, School equipment is not included when you rent school space. The only exception is the use of pole standards for volleyball and badminton.
